If they are NOT awake and breathing on their own repeat steps 3 & 4 every 3-5 minutes Stay with them until help arrives. Watch for signs of the overdose returing Naloxone kits are available free of charge to anyone who may experience, witness and/or respond to an opioid poisoning/overdose.
