POLICE ASSOCIATION OF NOVA SCOTIA 55 PANS in the community Truro Police Service 4th Annual Holiday Heroes The 4th Annual Holiday Heroes event was a little different this year, however like Santa, the members of the Truro Police Service didn’t let that stop them! Holiday Heroes is a collaboration of local “helper” organizations whose intent is to give back to children in need in the Truro community during this magical, but often challenging time of year. Since the program began, they have reached approximately 450 children and their families. This would not have been possible without generous donations from community members and small businesses.
